My friends and fans have really boosted me up in the charts, which for me is a very exciting opportunity, after all these years.

I have published more cover songs than anyone in history, it seems, with at least one song from over 450 bands and artists, and over 350 songs that were Number One Country Hits sometime since 1944 when they started keeping charts, and over 250 of the Top 1000 Most Covered Songs. I have recorded 325 Willie Nelson? songs so far. It has been said that I sing Willie songs better than Willie, but I think they just like my voice better. I am Rev. Barry Willie Black, & “The Rogue Prince of Texas”.

I have been very delinquent with my progress reporting. I have released 8 others since the “The News At 4:20pm”…

In the last few days, little more than a week, I have posted four more CDs on CDBaby.

You could probably call it a rewakening to what is up and why I am still where I am, as I am, who and what I am…

When Monte died, myWorld was shaken, all around other where losing close friends as well, and then Vincent died, too. I was crushed when Monte died, and went all the way to morose, after Vincent died. As one song lyric states it, “I forgot, who I am”. Thank Miranda Lambert for that one, the song, not the lyric.

Back to the point, I started this post to apologize for the flood of releases showing up in the stream all at once before Christmas. Those posted about from my blog site in the last day were all, already done but not publicized, yet.

Today I will be catching up on the recent CDBaby submissions, and so there will also be a small flood of them today, as there will probably be as we head towards the new year.

I have averaged over 200 new song tracks recorded for over six years now and I am well ahead of my average this, and have somewhere in the vicinity of 1700 unique tracks recorded since May 2009.
